Not much to say but I like this. There may be similarities with the Planet of the Apes but I never watched it so I can't say.
I do wonder why genocide is unfeasible (though unseemly, it seems like something the Foundation would consider), especially since SCP-1000 apparently has no anomalous characteristics other than human-level intelligence. And I wonder how the Foundation responded to their attempt at communication.
Also, I think there's a typo here:

Should be "a rough translation of a recent SCP-1000 attempt at communication".
