Would Humanity be able to defend itself?

The apes may still have access to their seemingly unstoppable weaponry, but when put into comparison to the weaponry humans possess outside of the foundation lore, we would definitely stand a chance I think. They had weaponry that could successfully wipe out 70% of their population, but we have weaponry that can successfully wipe out 100% of all life on Earth many times over. Us getting ahold of their technology obviously wasn't that much of a problem, but those apes getting their hands on our Nukes is a different story. Even if the Sasquatch managed to take control over Americas nukes, it would instantly turn into a M.A.D. situation and one side would have to back down or everyone dies. Growing planes out of bushes is great and all, but how would they even attack us with technology like that? OH NO, he's shooting berries at us, RUUUUUUUUN! A fighter plane would take care of their planes in seconds because of it's weak structural integrity. Or you can just stick your cigarette butt on it, that would just catch it on fire and it would be down for the count. Now putting it into the perspective of the SCP universe, the apes wouldn't stand a chance! The Foundation alone could take care of them with all the anomalies at their disposal. Heck, all they have to do is make a portable Scranton Reality Anchor and they can't touch you! Humanities arsenal of anomalous weaponry would completely OBLITERATE the opposition in a matter of seconds if we wished it so. Even if they beat us in the war (which would never happen), there's NO WAY they could kill all of us before people were quarantined in male and female pairs into different SCPs or somehow kept safe through various anomalous means. They would literally have to search through every dimension in a multiverse of infinite dimensions just to get the last of us, but in reality they kinda can't, mainly because we'll just take the theoretical key with us to the other side. I don't think the apes would stand a chance whatsoever.
